President of Armenia visits Jordan Museum
His Excellency The President of the Republic of Armenia SerzhSargsyan visited the Jordan Museum in Ras Al-Ein on October the 29th, and was welcomed by Mr. Raja Gharghour, member of the Board of Trustees on behalf of HRH Princess Sumaya bint El-Hassan, Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Jordan Museum, and the Director General of the Museum, Eng. Ihab Amarin.
President Sargsyan was accompanied by H.E. Mr. Akel Biltaji Mayor of Ammanand H.E. Mr. Hatem Halawani. President Sargsyan expressed his appreciation of the Museum, and the way it showcases Jordan's history and civilization that is reflected by the unique exhibits and archaeological artifacts which narrate the story of innovation in Jordan throughout human history.
At the end of the visit, Director General of the Museum, Eng. Ihab Amarin presented a memorial gift to His Excellency the President,also the Armenian President presented a valuable book about the history and civilization of the Armenian people through ages
